Wonderful place to stay, I will be back. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to downtown and 6 minute drive to beach. Less than 5 minute drive to Tamiami Trail, yet quiet all hours of day. I stayed in large comfortable and lovingly decorated studio apartment, but larger rooms were available. They provided lots of beach equipment to borrow. Pool was heated and super clean with an outside shower. Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a beach getaway. Thank you, Ken and LeAnne for a great visit.

Rented #2, downstairs one bedroom unit for two days. It had everything you would need for your stay in Venice. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches and bed. They also have washers and dryers, bikes, shark teeth sifters, chairs, coolers etc for you to use! Nice pool! Very clean and large. The complex was very chill and quiet which we loved. Unit was clean and quiet. Nice sitting areas outside of every room. My only issue was the mini split ac. I couldn't figure out how to make it cool without humid air blowing on you. I'm sure it was just me tho! If we were staying longer I would have asked the front desk what I was doing wrong. The location is perfect! Half mile walk to Venice Beach and less than that to town. Right across from the most gorgeous Banyon trees. Ken was super nice and gave us a tour when we checked in. Our unit was ready early so he even called us and told us we could check in early! I would recommend and stay there again.

Room was very clean and staff was so friendly. Love being close to town and restaurants nearby. Pool was so relaxing. Thank you for a safe and great place to stay.

This was our 3rd stay. The 1st 2 under the old owners was fantastic. This visit was under new owners. We were in Unit #8 . It was a terrible experience. There was very little hot water in bathroom & kitchen, very poor water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower & kitchen sink, slow drain in kitchen sink, broken toilet handle, extremely DARK in all rooms, light bulbs were very low wattage, old menus in welcome binder, broom with bent & damaged bristles with hair & dust in them, rusty & broken beach chairs, no vending machine as stated on website.

Great location walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Everything you need is also avail from bikes to beach chairs.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to everything. Shopping ️, restaurants, beaches. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes were a great added amenity to my stay. Rented a golf cart from vacation rentals and went everywhere I wanted to go. Great stay. Definitely will be back.
