Be one of the first to stay in this old Florida yet newly renovated modern home. Close to everything on Venice Island yet quiet and private-all amenities. 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, large lanai, paver patio and yard . 2 blocks to beach.Parking for 2 vehicles outside your door-no steps. Super fast 1000gb internet speed
Enjoy the beaches, legacy trail for biking 1 block away, endless restaurants, parks, shopping theatre,boating, golf. Look for sharks teeth and never leave the island. Central location to everything. So many repeat guests!! Another great annual visit to Venice
Our VRBO rental was very nice for my husband and me as we escaped the gray chilly weather in Columbus! Duplex owner Gayle was great, easy to contact, and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. We would rent from her again!

Yearly trip with friends
Absolutely 💯 fantastic place to stay. Close to beach and Suncoast airport cafe. Great little breakfast cafe. Will definently come back. The owner is so kind.

Venice getaway
Highly recommend this rental. Very clean, well appointed, modern renovation to this 2 bedroom duplex. Just a few blocks off the beach. In an established neighborhood in downtown Venice with lots of landscaping to offer shade for the lanai.
Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.
