"The downstairs, public areas are great but the bedrooms are really not up to the Mercure standard and certainly not worthy of a 4* hotel. The bar and restaurant area is really beautiful with a lovely, shady terrace and plenty of cosy chairs and sofas to relax in. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and the restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. However, I can't recommend an overnight stay here. We stayed in a "superior" room but there was nothing superior about it - it was very dark and cramped, with horrible purple walls and white plastic furniture, it seemed more like a budget motel than a 4 * hotel. It is advertised as having air conditioning but this is misleading as it just has an old fashioned ventilation system that didnt work effectively in the hot weather. The room was dusty and the carpet was quite grubby. The car park next door "Le Clemenceau" is a very cramped multi-storey, quite difficult to manoeuvre around even in a small car. The car park is closed in the evenings and at weekends so if you need to access your car at these times you have to swipe your ticket outside to enter and then pay before returning to your car in an enclosed car park with no staff or surveillance and swiping your ticket again so that the main gates will open. and let you out. I found it quite an unnerving experience and definitely would not recommend parking there if you are on your own."

Yhe whole breakfast for all people with only one bottle . Instead of saying calmly give bavk the bottle of water or even he should bring another one at least"

"We had a pleasant stay of 7 nights with a family of 6. Big thanks to the Hotel Atlantic team: very welcoming place, spectacular view from the cozy balconies (seaside), quiet, very clean rooms with AC. The indoor pool is a very nice supplement. Only wish for the next time: more versatile breakfast buffet (not the same cheese and meat, bread etc every day 😉). All in all an excellent place for relaxed days for people of every age."
