El apartamento está totalmente equipado, con ascensor, personal muy amable , piscina muy tranquila para darse un baño Instalaciones increíbles , si viajas con perro es muy cómodo. No se oye nada en la habitación. Para aparcar tienes cerca un parking. Repetiremos sin duda.

reservamos un fin de semana con la intencion de conocer Vélez y sus alrededores voy a destacar lo más importante a mi opinión: trato por parte del propietario fuera de lo común en amabilidad , explicaciones sobre posibles visitas de velez , restaurantes y bares, aparcamiento y muchas cosas más nos dio un partamento enorme de grande,super tranquilo y de calidad en toda su decoración ,cocina y menajeria a la limpieza le doy un 10 porque estaba más que limpio ,y se nota eso al momento el hotel tiene ascensor, piscina , y el apartamento una tele con 100 canales y un aire acondicionado bueno y silencioso este hotel es como un oasis en el desierto , además de tranquilo y muy acogedor ,lo teníamos contratado con desayuno y nos lo trajeron a la habitación, y el desayuno era de muchísima calidad nosotros le damos un 10 a este hotel , y no creo que haya otro sitio en todo vélez para hospedarse como en la casa de las titas

Lovely place to stay and we would highly recommend it. This property has typically Spanish style apartments. They’re not fancy but they provide everything you need for a stay in the region at a great price. The bed is a bit hard but that compares similarly to other beds we had in Spain. The apartments have a regular assortment of kitchen utensils and I think the microwave is also an oven but we only used it to heat food. Hairdryer and iron equipment is available from the staff. A short walk to the main part of town connects you with cheap and regular buses to the coastal towns of Torre del Mar, Caleta etc. From the main Velez bus terminus there are regular buses to Malaga which you must book in advance and can book on the ALSA app or the U.K. Trainline app. The property owners are friendly and very helpful. Pablo speaks very good English and Jesús is a little less confident. They will do all they can to help you. Cleaners are friendly and good too!

We received the most fantastic friendly and informative welcome. The apartment we stayed in, number four was very spacious and with air-conditioning in both the sitting /dining room and bedroom. The bedroom overlooked the narrow street at the front and the sitting room overlooked the pool area. It was spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable bed and with excellent facilities in the kitchen. The pool has a few seats around it and you can find shade if required or sit in the full sun before having a dip in the salt water pool. The property is in a fantastic location with easy access to the town and the wonderful historic buildings.

A family run apartment, very typically Spanish. Jésus and Pablo were very helpful. Area is very quiet but only 10 minutes from the main bus station, 5 minutes to some lovely restaurants. We had a two bed apartment which had plenty of room and storage. Outside one side was a terrace with a plunge pool (a bit chilly in May) and the other side a courtyard.
