Stayed in the campsite, with assigned spots that are large enough for caravans/RVs, as well as a car to go next to your tent. Excellent views from the campground, and you're within walking distance to the Vegatrappa. Unfortunately, there are not enough staff to maintain the site and run reception. There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathrooms and showers, which meant that both the men's and women's toilets were flooded with water. They didn't let you wear your shoes into the bathroom, meaning you had to walk into a flooded loo with your bare feet. Disgusting. The staff did not discover the problem themselves, and had to be informed. At least the owner then called a plumber to look at the issue, but it was not fully resolved by the time I left. They will hire out kayaks to customers without a wetcard (våttkort), which is just an accident waiting to happen. The kayaks are also poorly maintained (no functional rudder), and the staff had no expertise. Breakfast is separate, and slightly overpriced for the selection, but there's nowhere else you're going to get food.
