部屋は清潔であり、シャワーの水圧やドライヤーの強さに関しても満足だった。トレド観光で宿泊するときにはおすすめできるホテルだと思う。また、近くに飲食店やショップがあるので非常に便利。

チェックイン時とチェックアウト時の対応は親切でフレンドリーだった。レストランの朝食もパンとコーヒーとシンプルだったがクロワッサンが美味しかった！

The room was nice, but two things went wrong - If we turned on the night lights by our bed, the entire room lit up, and there was no way to control it. Also, there was a window facing the bed that was way up there in the ceiling, and the person at the front desk for our first evening knew how to close the shade, so we slept with a bright street light glaring at us the entire night. I asked the front desk about it in the morning, and they just said the front desk person was new and they did not train her on how to close it. I asked, as a courtesy, that we have breakfast at no charge (since we did not get a wink of sleep because of the window issue), and they said "no." Very disappointing - an expensive hotel and they could not accommodate us for this crazy situation. Not good customer service

We had a large beautiful room (#14) but the only problem is it is situated over the atrium where people dine, so their voices can be quite noisy during the day and evening. They have a very nice restaurant with caves to dine in. Our server Eva was wonderful-so helpful and friendly. The reception staff was excellent - Javier was extremely helpful and very hands-on with every detail of the hotel. The air conditioning in our room was lacking - it isn’t individually controlled. So the room was always a little warm for our taste. For a nice rooftop bar experience visit Azotea at the Carlos Hotel. It is non-smoking except in a special area which is so rare in Europe. We really appreciated being able to sit on a rooftop terrace without breathing smoke! For the coldest beer in town, visit the Santa Fe Restaurant next to the military museum.

Hotel muito agradável, quarto confortável, banheiro espaçoso e boa ducha! A recepcao do hotel foi super gentil e nos indicou todas as atrações q deveríamos visitar. O restaurante do hotel era uma delicia tb! E a localização… fantastica!

Grosse difficulté pour y arriver en voiture. A l'accueil de l'hôtel, il nous a été dit qu'ils avaient indiqué une vidéo pour expliquer où se garer et ne surtout pas suivre le GPS. Mais rien n'a été indiqué par hôtels.com. cela va me coûter 800 euros de dommage sur la voiture de location a cause des rues trop étroites. Pas de café, et thé dans la chambre. Eau non renouvelée dans la chambre. Acceuil en français, c'est positif.
