We arrived at the hotel earlier than our check-in time and the staff were able to accommodate us. We had two rooms booked for a business trip and one of the rooms was upgraded, which was a nice surprise and very appreciated. Great experience. Enjoyed our stay. Look forward to seeing you again for next years conference.

Pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the kitchen was. Confused by light switches, was not clear how they worked. Pillows weren't great. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. A little crowded for breakfast (not a lot of room for serving food) but staff kept on top of clearing so there was clean space to sit when needed.

The Food service manager Hassina was very polite professional and very hospitable, she went above and beyond to accommodate our need . the breakfast were great. the night service gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. we arrived 1/13/24 around 8:30 pm.

The room was very comfortable and had many amenities available for use. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! I did a quick workout in the full gym. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. I slept well and would stay again!

The main reasons I chose this hotel: separate bedroom, free parking, free breakfast, indoor pool. These all were delivered as promised. The living room area of the suite was smaller than expected; once the pull-out couch is out you don't have any space there. But I liked having the kitchen, and there is a little dining table and stools tucked away in the closet space. Lots of dining options nearby. It is further away from Canada's Wonderland than I anticipated, but that's on me for not plugging the address into Google maps ahead of time before booking.

When I hooked my stay I was told there was no hidden fees but when I got to the hotel to check in, a $200 deposit was required on top of the $220 I had paid. This was frustrating, especially because if I had a credit card it would have only been $50 and I myself don’t have a credit card, not everyone does. Other then this I enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and the amenities (gym,pool etc) were great.

Great stay. Check in was easy. Front Desk staff found us a room early so we could head downtown for the Hockey game. 10 minute drive to Vaughn Sudway station to get downtown.

Excellent room and service. They offered a comfortable and pretty clean bed and bathroom. I liked the fresh coffee in breakfast. To improve: fridge and microwave look old and should be replaced or removed. Hotel location is ideal for Toronto airport users and visitors interested in have a good night.
