Приехали на пару дней, но остались на неделю.Чисто, уютно, стильно и комфортно.Дружелюбный персонал, высокий уровень безопасности,быстрый интернет,вкусная еда по очень адекватной цене,не остро.Серф школа : новые доски,лучшие тренеры,приемлемые цены.и вид с террасы ,просто нереальные закаты…Приедем обязательно еще,спасибо за отдых!!!

Una experiencia increíble frente al mar. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista ideal al atardecer en Varkala. El personal es muy ameno y las habitaciones cómodas. El servicio de restaurante y desayuno muy bueno también. La ubicación es excelente. Se ofrecen clases de surf y Yoga. Volvería sin dudarlo. Recomendable para parejas :)

Absolutely disappointing in all sense . The staff is utter un hygenic- dining area staff were putting their hands in their mounts and we ended up stopping them to serve us. Elevator and reception area totally stinking. Cafeteria has all toilet smell. Looks Completely non trained/ local / cheap labor is filled as a staff . In heavy rain they don’t have single umbrella. Food is below average Property location is beautiful but not maintained and even beach is full of mess of plastic bottles etc Don’t know who gave them such rating.

The beach view from the room is absolutely amazing and truly the highlight of the stay. However, the room itself needs painting and refurbishing, as there’s quite a bit of maintenance work pending. Considering the condition of the room, the price feels quite high. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Our travel agent had touted Varkala as having a great beach for swimming. So we were really looking forward to the stay. Never bothered about where we were staying. Our agent said he would book us on the beach. When we reached there we were told there was a north Indian wedding (7th Feb 2025) and the entire hotel had been booked. They would check us in a neighboring property. This was a bit of an embarrassment in front of our French relatives for whom this was a surprise. Anyway we checked in a neighboring property, which was okay. We went down the beach, swam, enjoyed, but when we were hungry we did not have access to the restaurant of the original hotel. They said they would deliver dinner to our rooms which we refused. They then agreed to deliver it to the open area where near the pool of the neighboring place. To our shock the food we ordered was delivered but there was no staff around to serve. This put our foreign family guys swearing. To cut the long story short. Next day before leaving, i made a mention of the experience we encountered but except for small "sorries', nobody senior got back to us. So guys anybody choosing this place please clarify all these things. Once booked and paid for, customers have a right to get what they have promised and paid for.

Stayed from 30th to 31st January 2025. The hotel’s 5-star claim is laughable—it barely deserves 1 star, and that’s only for breakfast and high tea. Here’s why: 1. Abysmal Service (0 Stars): Service was agonizingly slow. Reported a dirty bathroom, and the receptionist just smiled and left—no action, no apology. 2. Terrible Rooms & Maintenance (0 Stars): Outdated furniture, wobbly fans that felt like they’d fall, and broken locks. The so-called 'sea view' is just a distant glimpse. A proper view requires descending a steep, unsafe path that’s hazardous for seniors. 3. Filthy Bathrooms (0 Stars): Stained toilets—clearly uncleaned before our stay. Hot water required repeated calls and staff 'jugaad' to work. 4. Rude, Clueless Staff (0 Stars): At check-in, they falsely claimed our payment wasn’t received and made us resolve it with Dream Holidays instead of verifying themselves. Staff were arrogant, untrained, and unprofessional. 5. Overpriced, Tasteless Food (⭐): ₹200 for a basic fruit salad without ice cream—ridiculously overpriced. The only highlights: a decent breakfast spread and complimentary high tea (tea with biscuits and pakodas). Final Verdict: This hotel is a scam hiding behind a 5-star label. It offers only disappointment—from service to rooms to staff behavior. **Overall Rating: ⭐⭐ (1 Star)—More than they deserve!
