Unfortunately below issues faced during stay, in-spite of booking premium suite
No beer on tap
Prawn curry was made of rotten coconut
Shower had no water pressure & buckets were provided for shower
Toiletries were of poor standards ( no ear budds)
Charged additional for accommodating child (9years) while checking out. Charges we’re not discussed during check in.

Tout est bien, la piscine, l'accueil, le spa, le parking gratuit, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel de l'agent de sécurité qui vous ouvre les portes à 3h du matin. Aucun palace ou presque n'a de personnel serviable et attentionné qui est là pour vous poussez une porte à 3h du matin et vous la rouvrir ! Quel service. Les repas très bons au restaurant. Merci à Sanjib, Ranju et à Sanju du restaurant toujours donnant le meilleur service avec le sourire. Vraiment super et ça donne envie de vivre là bas. Il y a des commerces aussi pas loin qu'il est possible de joindre à pied avec un liqueur store qui vend des produits à très bon prix et de qualité toutes les marques internationales, un salon de tatouage hyper professionnel. Ce fut une de nos meilleures semaines avec RCI.

This hotel was about 3 stars. We booked here then moved after one day. There was big moths all around the hotel and lizards. The room smelt of mould and damp. The bedding smelt mouldy and we asked to get changed that day. The bathroom was aged and dirty. The bathroom wasn’t even cleaned there was wee stained all over toilet seat. Think twice before booking

We have stayed here for a couple of days with family and the overall experience was excellent.. Located at a calm and quiet place,very near to Varca beach and Madgaon station. Beach is walkable only and we enjoyed there in the morning. We have reached the hotel at 6am, much before the scheduled check in time and the staff provided facilities for fresh up and breakfast. Excellent service received from counter staff and restaurant staff.. Mr. Prabina, Mr. Sudipta, Dhiraj, Swizel , Praveen Bharti . Overall experience was excellent...

I had booked this resort for my family (group of 35) and I am so glad I did. Had a wonderful experience here. From the cosy rooms to the delicious food, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staffs’ warm and friendly attitude and their attention to detail was remarkable. Sterling Varca is one of the best family resorts in Goa located few mins away from Varca beach. I whole heartedly recommend this resort to families that wish to unwind from the busy city life. Thank you Sterling Varca for the memories❤️
