Exaggerated price: to be clear, I paid the same price in a suite in a 5-star hotel in Rimini. "Terrible! I left the rental house where I spent the holidays with my mother and my newborn daughter to spend the last 3 days of August in a hotel. I paid for the junior suite with a non-refundable rate days before and when we checked in we found it smelling of cigarette smoke. We were promised a solution but they simply aired the room for a couple of hours, with little improvement. Imagine the inconvenience of finding another place and moving all the luggage with a newborn! "It's a nice and welcoming hotel, not too far from the city centre, but distant enough to be in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, fairly nice and cosy, but they are not very modern. The quality of the bedsheets is not the best, definitely can be improved. A big issues for me is that the rooms' doors are fire doors which close by themselves, so in the morning when the other guests go downstairs for breakfast it can be very noisy with all the slamming doors. A part from that in the evening is very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very generous, there are a lot of options and is quite tasty. The hotel is managed by the owner and his family, which are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a few discounts for some restaurants and lido in town. Parking is a bit tricky, they have a few available spots, but then you won't be able to take the car everyday, so the best solution is to park on the road which can be difficult because there are not many parking spots available. If they update a bit the rooms and fix the problem with the slamming door I would be happy to come back. The price is fair considering location and quality of room and services. "
