Well, ma'am, a white fly that will never land on this **** again! I'm sorry that this is the welcome in Varazze. Exaggerated price: to be clear, I paid the same price in a suite in a 5-star hotel in Rimini. The rest of the staff, especially the receptionist Giulio and the breakfast women, have always been very kind."
