Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

It was decent stay; but hotel staffs can do better.

我們來這裡是為了參加一場婚禮，但經歷很糟糕。 1-比賽於 21:00 結束。 2-湯部分保留了甜玉米湯，但沒有配菜。服務生不知道配菜是什麼。 3- 600 位客人的預訂已完成 他們在 swarnim 大廳的接待區只放置了一個自助餐。 4-甜點吃完後 30 分鐘內沒有人補充。 5-甜點盤長時間完成。工作人員說你為什麼問我，問經理吧。 6-經理 Rakesh 先生很無助，他假裝不知道發生了什麼事。 7- 自助餐廳的隊伍很長，直到 23:00。總經理 Jitendra 先生在現場，但不幸的是，他只專注於保持感應器玻璃門關閉，而沒有關心管理不善。 ……...............建議 Swannim 大廳很寬敞，您應該放置 2 個自助餐檯，一個在大廳內，另一個在前廳區域。裝飾很漂亮，食物很美味，特別是 Dal makhani。但由於服務差，我們無法品嚐其他菜餚。希望你們改進服務。

非常非常糟糕的經歷，所有員工都不專業，服務非常差，dhaba 的員工比這家酒店的員工更受過培訓，任何人去過那裡一次，都不會再去，食物味道非常糟糕，認為是零星級酒店，全是腰包酒店
