The stay was really pleasant. The rooms were pretty neat and tidy. The restaurant food was great too. There was one particular staff, pratibha, who really helped us especially when one of our trip mates was taken ill, she gave care. Thank you!

Our stay was fine, but the breakfast food quality was average, and options were very limited. There should be more options for the choice.

The hotel is really beautiful with vintage looks. Ankit at the reception is very helpful and communicating. The hotel staffs are really very sweet and attentive. Anyone going to beneras can try this hotel because it's very clean and it's in a good place. The ambience is very good

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Truly heritage style with very high ceilings. Every one of the staff were very helpful and had very pleasing nature. Always on toes. Very high class veg restaurant. Always fresh and hygienic foods.

Nice hospitality nice people but their room services are little on lower side. Necessary things like slippers and tea spoon should be kept in rooms but they provide these ammenties on demand which is not good for such hotels.

Good and well maintained rooms. Well behaved staff. Food here is premium but taste is first class.
