喜來得飯店

我和妻子第一次來到聖城瓦拉納西。在尋找住宿時，我們最終選擇了Heritage Inn酒店。事實證明，我們的選擇非常明智。飯店位於一條安靜的支路，遠離喧囂的交通，這一點非常重要，因為這裡的交通噪音確實很大。前台和飯店全體員工都非常熱情友好，我們很快就辦理了入住手續。 房間設施齊全，舒適度極佳。以印度酒店的標準來看，一切都非常出色。當然，也存在一些小問題，但很快就被忽略了。 飯店頂樓的餐廳擁有一個露天平台，可以欣賞到舊城區和恆河的壯麗景色。我們預訂的是包含早餐的套餐，早餐是標準的飯店早餐：提供印度菜和歐式菜餚。我們還在這裡享用了午餐和晚餐。食物美味可口，上菜速度也很快。最重要的是，一點也不辣（也許這對某些人來說很重要）。餐廳員工有禮貌、效率極高，一切都快速有效率。我選擇這家飯店的原因是它離阿西河壇（Assi Ghat）很近，但又遠離市中心。相信我，市中心的生活節奏非常快，很容易讓人心煩意亂。而這裡，在老城邊緣，則安靜得多。 如果您也像我們一樣，想去瓦拉納西旅遊，但又不想身處喧囂之中，那麼Heritage Inn酒店就是您的理想之選。

The hotel was under construction and the workers started early and worked late. We complained to the hotel and the workers finally stopped working at 7:30pm. We received calls from the front desk to come to dinner. We ate at the hotel for dinner once and the food was inedible. The young staff 3 of them would come to our door, one carrying toilet paper, one carrying towels and one water then they all expected tips. We felt this was unacceptable and inappropriate. The hallways were noisy so the room didn’t have much sound proofing. There was a smoking closet beside our room and we don’t smoke but because there was no window to shut (open air) the smog and smoke from outside came into our room effecting our breathing. The airport ride we booked with them, the car broke down. We do not recommend this hotel until they get the services and staff in line. I don’t recommend

This property is inside a small street which we were not aware of. Cars won’t go in so we have to walk a short distance to the hotel. Staff helpful in arranging tours of the ghat. Food in the restaurant is just average. Breakfast buffet had limited choices. Plenty of clothing stores in the area.

Very clean and neat hotel with friendly staff. The food in this hotel is highly recommended. Very tasty food. We eat all 3 meals in the hotel only. Never search outside. It was too good.

La habitación cómoda y limpia. El baño bien. Es un hotel moderno que estan renovando.Tiene una terraza el la azotea en la que puedes desayunar, comer y cenar a muy buen precio y buena calidad. Bien situado a cinco minutos de los Gath de Veranassi. El personal muy amable. Nos dejaron hacer el check out un poco más tarde para poder descansar.

Rooftop calme, au dessus de la ville, service impeccable et rapide, choix très varié, (même en cas de diète super potage végétal clair !). Bonne adresse inattendue pour se retrouver loin de la foule.

Hotel bellissimo a Varanasi. Lo staff é gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre molto attento. Camere bellissime e ottimo cibo. Ottima anche la posizione. Consigliatissimo 👍👍👍

Camere pulite e ben organizzate, ci avevano dato letti matrimoniali nel nostro viaggio di gruppo, ma a richiesta sono stati molto disponibili a cambiare in twin bed. Ristorante serve dei piatti molto buoni. Saneep, uno dei ragazzi che lavora nel ristorante, è stato molto gentile e premuroso . La reception è in ristrutturazione ma a breve sarà al top.
