Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi Thanq for your hospitality n making us so comfortable Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by Food n breakfast also awesome Used their hotel cab service also good n price also reasonable n it’s worth n feel safe if ur tourist n also no need to have a guide also Can request the room environment of our choice quiet , near lift or away etc Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details Thanq again

Hotel services were great. Breakfast and dinner had many choices to choose from. Staff is really cooperative. Room is clean with twice cleaning. I recommend this hotel

Dining area congested at breakfast.getting coffee,server concentrating one table ignoring others,managers come and go without results, Menu tastes and variety can improve Front desk is good and respon Sive,lactate in lobby restaurent good Overall room refreshness and monitoring and improve breakfast menu and conditions is highly recommended

Excellent dining experience More than Excellent Food options, it was the warm welcome and service of the entire team that made our dining experience even more enjoyable We were very impressed with Nikita, Muskan and Ashish for their constant attention and energetic smiles.

Loved the stay at Taj Ganges, Varanasi. Great Place for family stay with lot of greenery, fresh mango and to taste local culinary. Breakfast was stunning awesome with lots of love served ***** with the food. Their team deepak, punam, Abhilash and Rohit were super helpful and gave us tour of local food tour by serving. Surely we love to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights at Taj Ganges. Property is nice and staff - Muskan is friendly and helpful. However, the bed sheets in one of our room had tea stains and was dirty and the bedsheet was not changed, we observed the same bed sheet was covered with another sheet next day, it kinda lacked quality of a 5 star hotel like Taj, except that food, transportation service from hotel and reception staff was great.
