Air conditioner system is not working properly, needs improvement like cooled air targets on bed. There is only one bucket and mug for entire hotel, please do needful. Hospitality also need to improve

Property is located little inside the main road and 1-2 kms from viswanath temple area which may sound like disadvantage but this hotel is easily approachable to these places by auto. Advantages of location being clean locality, availability of auto and taxi when compared to hotel near to temple wherein vehicles are not allowed. Hotel is luxurious, safe clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, all-time hotwater, good staff good food

Hotel service is good. But rooms and bathroom too small. Location is also difficult and confusing ***** with another hotel hari villas

The property is good functional and value for money. Rooms are clean and staff is very responsive. Location is good in terms of reach to market/ facilities etc

Where to write review. Our stay in hari villas enclave in varanasi was excellent. The property is perfectly situated and felt divine presence of lord shiva. Hotel staff was highly co operative and food also was of very high quality and tasty. Only one disappointing point was very poor masala tea served every day

Checked in at 7. 00pm. Rooms are clean and neat. Service was excellent. All information about the places was provided at reception
