My guys used cold water; they told to pay 150 for Air Conditioner and sheets were dirty. We complained

Affordable price and great room for it. The shower needs a lil bit of mantainance but didn't affect me at all. Enjoyed the place

We enjoyed our stay very much. In all regards we were accommodated by Justice and we appreciate it immensely. Very very friendly staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom good. There was a little bit of dust in the bathroom. A small fridge in the room would make a stay at the Shakespeare outstanding! If we ever have to stay over in Vanderbijlpark again, The Shakespeare Inn would definitely be our first choice!! Thank you SO much.

As a Pastor of the ANE Church, I have taken a conscious decision to stay at the hotel whenever I am in travel around Vanderbijl. I have recommended thus hotel yo a lit of our Church members too.One suggestion though,is service the guest motor gate (Gemini)as it takes time to open up.Shalom

The rooms are perfect no matter you at Standard or luxury, they are so perfect even service its way too good,the receptionist are very polite and welcoming the service they give its over 100% they're bedrooms are perfect even bathrooms.. you will never regret going to Shakespeare Inn.

We were pleasantly surprised.... looks unassuming from the outside but was a lovely old hotel.. well kept, clean, amazing staff...... we will definitely stay there again... the only downfall was the room may require a little fridge....

The service there is from a other world they always make me feel right at home and will go out of there why to make me feel at home. Big rooms and close to most of the shops. Beautiful garden please keep up the great work my family!!!

Stay was ok. Noisy visitors passing to go to their rooms in numbers. Put visitors in floors strategically to avoid complaints. The separate aingle beds to make king bed were not comfortable for couple. The gap in between kept us apart. Fix that leak please, your wall will wven fall over... Its aready green behind your parking. .... Let mw know when u want to sell

The website promised bed-and-breakfast and kettle and tea in the room, that was the reason I picked the hotel, only to be disappointed at arrival. The place is nice though. Please update website and inform call centre agents of changes
