There was absolutely nothing nice about this place. 650.00 for 3 nights for this dump. We were asked to leave because we complained about the smell and cleanliness. The pictures on ******* were deceptive. I will never use ******* again. I am sure you won’t post this.

I cannot believe why ******* even has this hotel on their site: there is a stop work order on the door for non-permitted renovations, compromised fire walls and poly-ed containment areas where PPE is required! we couldn't get the heat to work in our room where it was freezing so the clerk moved us to another room, but guess what? the toilet had NOT been flushed from the previous guest (and therefore not cleaned) either! The taps leaked, the shower could not be adjusted to get any spray, very low water pressure and stained ceilings. Do not stay here.

Logement correct De l'extérieur pas très beau, mais à l'intérieur il y a l'essentiel. C'est clairement pas au niveau d'un Hôtel Européen surtout pour pratiquement 200 euros la nuit, mais les hôtels sont cher à Vancouver. Au coeur d'un quartier très Asiatique.

Hotel looks dark and old from the outside but inside is clean. They are renovating some rooms and elevator is still not working yet. Handra, the front desk person, was so nice and helpful. She also gave us list of restaurants to try around the area. There are tons to restaurants in this neighborhood.

I found the room itself to be inadequate. The shower was very weak and was either cold or scorching hot. The parking was tight and felt unsafe! The staff seem nice but if you express anything to them that you needed they responded in a very passive aggressive manor. the cost of this pace was way too much for what it is it is not nice at all!!

This hotel is an unassuming gem. The staff is amazing! I witnessed many kindnesses and saw how they handled some difficult patrons. Handra is so great and showed us around. The construction is on goung, but renovations are needed in spots. The staff was so lovely and invested in our comfort. The location is a bit outside the downtown, but the Sky Train is close and cheap. The neighborhood is busy, but the area is safe, clean, and fulled with retaurants of all varieties. The Philippine restaurant up the road is lined up at all hours (delicious too!). This stay was fantastic!!!
