嘉藍薩頓住宿飯店(La Grande Residence at the Sutton Place Hotel)

The person who checked us in said the parking would cost around $50.00 and would include our stay up until Friday, then asked if I accepted that. I agreed, but was then billed nearly $150 by the end… pretty annoying for her to miscommunicate the pricing. The breakfast at the hotel is also overpriced / not good at all. They also tried forcing us to only take one room key. They did not stock us with adequate towels each day. They did not provide us with adequate housecoats. The televisions did not connect to chrome cast properly at all, even though I have an iPhone 14 pro… pretty stupid. The pool was revolting and filled with hair regardless of which day we went or if we were the first ones in the pool; no one is cleaning it properly. Would not stay here again.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour à cet endroit. Nous avons profité de toutes les commodités de l’hôtel piscine, jacuzzi, cuisinette, laveuse/sécheuse … et le personnel était très accueillant! Les lits étaient très confortables.

Excellente localisation et chambres spacieuses steam excellente et salle de sport de bonne facture

We did not realize until 3am that the thermostat stopped working which resulted in zero heat in our suite. It was super cold for the rest of the night and into the morning.
