Level Yaletown - Richards

We stayed at level for a long term rental before finding an apartment in Vancouver. We spent approximately two months at Level. We really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was clean, amenities were very good and staff was exceptional! Cesar always went above and beyond, he helped us a number of times with different matters, he made our stay there while we got organized a breeze! His warmth and friendliness every morning made for an amazing stay at Level - Richards! It was great having the rooftop pool and gym at our disposal, which were both very good. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

After spending a memorable 4 weeks at the Level Richards in May there was absolutely no question that we would live there once again for our six week stay from the end of October to the middle of December. Upon our arrival we were met with open arms by the incomparable César who is in charge of their amazing concierge team. Cesar welcomes you each day with a big smile and his warm and dynamic personality. He is always available to answer any questions about the facility and of course all things Vancouver. I really enjoyed our daily chats. Kudos to Lizette and the rest of the team. They really made us feel right at home. The very comfortable suite we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 televisions and everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really made good use of the spacious, well equipped fitness centre and 2 entertainment rooms that are located on the top floor adjacent to the outdoor patio and swimming pool. Once again we took advantage of the Level’s central location, minutes from the seawall, surrounded by numerous parks, restaurants and coffee shops. Can’t wait for our next Vancouver adventure. Our family has lived in Level Richards for six months! We really treat Level Richards as our first home during the period that we first time leave our hometown and stay in a new country! All staff are very well-cultured and supportive to fulfill all our needs and even extend our expectations. High-quality facilities, well-cultured staff and customer-oriented management make Level Richards excellent! I can say that there will be a unique choice for us whenever we come back to Vancouver! Again, I miss Level Richards, I miss every day of being there. Especially, thanks to Cesar, that enthusiastic gentleman with beautiful gray eyeballs, who loves music, delicious food and animals!

I have been traveling for over 25 years, and my stay at The Level on Richards stands out among my top 10 experiences. The Level is situated in a central location with underground assigned parking, which is very convenient. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment is well-maintained, and it has two large closets, which is a plus. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has heated floors, which is especially nice during the winter months in Vancouver. I strongly recommend The Level apartments to anyone visiting the area. I would like to express my gratitude to Cesar for making my stay so special and making me feel at home.

During my extended stay at this hotel, I was consistently impressed by the attention and care provided by the staff. Cesar, Lizeth, and Ricardo stood out for their exceptional service. Cesar was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. He always had such a pleasant and joyful attitude. Which made me feel like I knew him for years. Lizeth and Ricardo were always available to assist with recommendations, showing a genuine interest in ensuring my stay was enjoyable. Aside from the great service the room itself was modern and had all the amenities I could need while I was at my home away from home. The staff’s dedication to making guests feel at home truly sets this extended stay hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
