I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The first two nights were also very loud, which made it difficult to rest and relax. The staff communication and customer service were not professional, and several issues made the stay stressful instead of comfortable. One thing that stood out was when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I had to personally bring the old towels down to the front desk first, which felt very inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. I expected better organization and respect toward guests. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the overall experience.

We stayed at MYPLACE Vancouver WA last night 2/21/26 based on the high rating given by *******. This was the worst hotel experience our family has experienced. Their was a group of unsupervised teens playing and talking. We complained multiple times as the noise did not stop and actually got worse. The front desk came up to our floor and told them to go to their room which ended up being next to ours and their party continued. We asked to leave and be refunded but we were told this is not an option. We then asked to be moved. She moved us to the room above their room which was still able to hear the noise. She then moved us to the first floor. Note that we had to wake our child in the middle of the night to pack up and move. This was a very bad experience. We told the front desk staff this morning and we were told to contact you. ******* said they can do nothing as did the hotel.

It was a quick trip for funeral so it was just a one night. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel is located in a safe area across from the mall.. Adequate free parking and front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I appreciated the features for the deaf. I am deaf. My room was clean and confortable. The desk clerk was helpful in showing me how to get caption for the deaf on the TV. I liked My Place very much.

Beautiful place, and location was great. We ate at Red Lobster. However, many choices. I have [2] dogs. They were able to walk near the mall with plenty of greenery. In the morning, we walked to Voodoo's and had delicious donuts.
