출장 시 자주 애용하는 Holiday Inn 호텔입니다. 출장 간 잘 이용하다가 떠납니다. 괜찮은 시설과 좋은 룸 컨디션 유지해주셔서 감사합니다. 다음번에도 이용하겠습니다. 감사했습니다.

Excellent service from front desk clerk. Comfortable bed and room was nicely decorated and spacious. Would recommend this hotel.

El hotel muy limpio y con un espacio bastante amplio de estacionamiento. Las camas cómodas, las habitaciones impecables y el servicio del staff inmejorable. Los desayunos incluidos en el costo de la habitación, cumplen sin ser extraordinarios. Este se ha convertido en mi hotel favorito en mis visitas a Van Horn.

This hotel clearly hasn’t been open long, but there seems to be some things that QC missed. The Elevator was broken, but mgmt offered to Cary our bags up. Our room had broken or missing grout and tiles in the bathroom. Our AC made a chirping noise that required a “fist bump” to make it stop for a few hour, woke me up twice at night. Otherwise a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean and convenient location. We were just passing through with our family. We would stay there again. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and clean. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom floor and wall was a little dirty but I am pretty picky and look closely in corners, baseboards etc since I have a toddler who roams all over. Overall though nothing gross. It was one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in on our road trip and we stayed in even “nicer” branded hotels so I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it!

This hotel is new? Sadly it seems to have been rushed or bad Contractors. Fixtures were falling off walls, window coverings ripped, scratches on doors and walls, broken light switches, broken entry and exit doors, 1 ice machine, dirty pool and hot tub. Also, the pool is very dangerous. It has a ramp for entry into the water, it was very slippery! I fell holding my baby and literally broke my coccyx. The good things are the breakfast was good, the staff was nice, room was clean, beds and pillows were ok, convenient location right off the highway. Would I stay again? Probably not.

I was happy with the speedy check-in and well-lit parking. I missed getting to use the pool because the internet was slow to open. Traffic noise all night long, and I am hard of hearing. They could use charging plugs on the desk. The fruit at breakfast wasn't very fresh. The staff didn't seem very happy. It cost quite a bit more. Another hotel was nicer but full.

The pool and jacuzzi had dirty dust from the wind. The jacuzzi the water was cold and not working. The gym is really good I would add a Matt, a Peloton bike and more machines. The fan in the gym not working or the water bottle filter. The beds and sheets are the best. Excellent breakfast.
