XIX 冰川咖啡廳飯店

I tried cancelling this reservation with two and a half weeks advance notice. Therefore I did not stay at this hotel. I wanted to put a sad face on their service as they were unwilling to even refund me partial payment as this reservation was NON REFUNDABLE

The location of this hotel is superb, the interior is even better, but the main asset to this hotel, are the hard working staff. Lovely people all, they made our stay a special one. Special mention to Jonathan, who as well as working long hours, always has a smile and can mix a mean pina colada! Best hotel in Beziers.

All of the photos of Hotel XIX on here are clearly from the proprietors as there isn't a shot of the bathrooms with no shower glass. What a surprise to find that out and the other surprises of no drapes to block out the street lamps and WIFI routers that couldn't hold a signal for more than 60 seconds. When each of these were brought to the man at the desk's attention the reception was hostile at best. One could get better service and basic amenities at a budget hotel. All of that being said, the location is great, but not worth the rude host and lack of WIFI.

C’est un petit hôtel récent très bien placé en plein centre de Béziers près de la grande place. Du coup c’est un peu compliqué pour le stationnement. L’hôtel est récent et les chambres sont en très bon état. C’est un hôtel 2 étoiles pour un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel situé sur une jolie place sans circulation. Chambre avec vue sur la place très confortable. Accueil et personnel adorables tant à l’hôtel qu’au café. Petit déjeuner parfait et mémorable sur la place avec le chant des oiseaux. Une bonne adresse à Béziers !
