Great hotel & location, with a few excellent dining options. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. We stayed 3 days - although on our first day we couldn’t use the rooftop sun lounging area/bar and pool due to a private function which was a shame as we wanted to relax and use the hotel facilities having travelled all morning. The hotel is located right in the centre which meant it can be noisy outside if you have a room at the front and church Bells ring for hours on a Sunday morning from before 7am. Otherwise the perfect stay.

Hotel: 5 Sterne Design Hotel. 3 Restaurants, Frühstück außen im geschützten Wintergarten. Pool und Bar auf dem Dach. Lage: mit dem direkt Bus vom Flughafen super zu erreichen. Wenn man mal dort ist, ist man umgeben von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Zimmer: sehr stylisch, sehr modern, neu und super sauber. Täglich frisches Wasser. Aufdeckservice. Kissenmenü, Flasche Wein gratis, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Service: immer super freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert dazu zu buchen. Man wählt am Tisch aus einem sehr großen Menü. Das Frühstück kommt aus der selben Küche wie beim Sternerestaurant. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir waren bereits das 2x in einem AX Hotel in Valletta. Das Zimmer mit Sauna ist sehr gross und gemütlich obwohl es nur Blick zum Innenhof bietet. Dafür hörten wir nichts von den Strassenlokalen. Was viel zu wenig promotet wird ist die phantastische Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Wunderbares Frühstück à la carte mit allem was das Herz begehrt und sehr netter Bedienung.

Boutique Hotel dal fascino gentile, minimalista, dal lusso mai urlato ospitato in un palazzo del 1700. La mia prima (vera) volta a Malta è stata impreziosita dal soggiorno in questo meraviglioso piccolo albergo nel centro di La Valletta. Nonostante sia un boutique Hotel la nostra camera era immensa, affacciava elegantemente sul patio interno, aveva un bagno delizioso, due docce e sauna. Ma la vera ricchezza sta nel gusto della ristrutturazione e dell’Interior design. Quando parlo di lusso non urlato intendo proprio questo, quei piccoli dettagli che raccontano storie, quella lampada che di più azzeccata non c’è, quel pavimento originale recuperato che si è riuscito a mixare con materiali moderni, rivestimenti inaspettati, mobili bellissimi e funzionali. Chi amo il design e il made in Italy non può che scegliere questo albergo, e fuggire dai mega dormifici stellati della zona di San Julian, ma anche dalla miriade di boutique Hotel completamente fake. Il costo è assolutamente in linea con il servizio offerto, la qualità degli spazi e le amenities (tutte a 5 stelle). Colazione fuori dalla norma quanto a qualità e varietà, peccato per la lentezza del personale. Ci tornerò sicuramente, bravi! Non potevate fare di meglio. Personale all’altezza e preparato .
