This hotel is well located, but is poorly managed. This property has deferred maintenance. Toilet needs repair, not enough electric outlets, water leaking from jacuzzi above. Hotels always place a sheet on top of bed cover. No sheet on the bed cover – black hairs (not mine!!) on bed cover. Bed cover was old, large, dirty, disgusting. Other hotels have bedcovers that are washable, in between two clean sheets. No hair dryers in entire hotel. This hotel also needs pest control for bugs. The bar is also mismanaged. It is completely-consistently empty. They should have Happy-Hour (2 x1) from 3 pm to 7 pm. Drinks were expensive compared to surrounding places. Additionally, they should have a breakfast plan for hotel guests. However, next time I visit Valle, I will be looking elsewhere to stay. People who work here are doing the best they can. Upper management at this hotel needs to wake-up and manage this property correctly.

The property is very dirty and poorly kept, the rooms are overrated and not very private The staff didnt even help with lugagge, the second day we told them it was very dirty even the pool and their answer was if you dont like it you can go to another hotel
