After 3 years of waiting for fulltime move to Valla Beach. Having read a lot of reviews saying how outdated the cabins are I do agree, but I am already planning our family's next stay there. The price was so affordable compared to other parks with updated cabins and more facilities. As we were so close to both the inlet for fishing and the beach for swimming I wouldn't have had time to use the facilities. Although not new, our cabin was perfectly comfortable with the bathroom, kitchenette and TV all working well. If you want to pay the extra for all the bells and whistles by all means do so, but I will never understand who needs them when you're in a location such as this. Even on the day it rained Nambucca Heads was a short drive with enough to keep us entertained all day. I can't recommend this park highly enough and just hope they don't upgrade it out of my price range.
