瓦倫西亞威斯汀住宿

The Westin Valencia is a short walk away from the historic city centre of Valencia. This may put off some people, but it was not a deal breaker for us. The hotel is an old building with a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The reception is quite grand and the restaurant in the courtyard a lovely place to have a drink or coffee. The gym and swimming pool are in the basement. The gym is big and the pool is beautifully designed. The sauna and steam room by the pool are very modern and nice. However there are very few beds by the pool, but they were never super busy. Breakfast is a large spread and really good. Service can be a bit slow as the hotel doesn't not have a lot of staff. It certainly doesn't compare to most Westin hotels in Asia or the USA. Rooms were large and the bathrooms are nice too. The one big drawback of the hotel is the lack of an Executive Lounge or any arrangement due to the lack of it. Bonvoy members may be warned that there are no on site benefits to members. The hotel is fairly large for them to have Club Hours at the bar or restaurant at the courtyard. Are there better Marriott Hotels in Valencia? Yes. But if you want a slightly updated and large hotel, then this is a good choice. And specially if you don't mind a short walk to the city.
