SH套房宮殿飯店(SH Suite Palace)

Very convenient, 2 mins from placa real. "Annex" of hotel round corner, so effectively 24 hour, very helpful, reception.. All mod cons, safe, functioning air con,coffee machine(but only 4 pods). Lots of towels. Great shower.

This was a super small room. The worst part was that bath and bedroom smelled from sewer as pljmbing was clearly not correct. One time room not cleaned. I slept on lowest floor,people walking in front of room, oitside on street! And outsdie in hotel. . Noisy. All the shower water and other bathroom water came through a pie in wall in room and you hear it all the time. Super noisy smelly room. Definitely not worth the 4 stars and the price way less. AC was impossible to get to work.

Muito bem localizado. Confortável, quarto e banheiro muito espaçosos. Café da manhã ótimo. Todos os atendentes muito simpáticos. Só sugiro ter um ponto de luz sobre a escrivaninha pois fica muito escura para fazer anotações ou ler algo. Nota 1000

This hotel is beautiful, everything is very new and clean. It’s also located at the perfect spot, 40 m around the corner and u are in the middle of the city centre. The staff is very nice as wel. Would recommend 10/10.

We booked the superior room but was notified during check in that it was full and they had to relocate us to the sister hotel SH Ingles. Also they stated that we had booked a standard room which was not the case. Room is ok but the AC doesn't work, woke up due to the heat at night. It was a very old AC btw.

Ensivaikutelma huoneesta oli miellyttävä. Sävyt olivat kauniita, pyyhkeet isoja ja tyynyjä oli paljon. Harmillisesti puutteita oli kuitenkin liikaa. Huoneessa ei ollut lainkaan laseja tai edes pahvimukeja tarjolla minibaarin tuotteille. Huonetuoksun hälvettyä huomasimme, että huoneessa on voimakas maakellarin haju. Pahinta oli kuitenkin jatkuva, huoneeseen kuuluva meteli. Huone sijaitsi lähellä ulko-ovea katutasossa. Yöllä hotellin hälytys alkoi soida, eikä respan henkilökunta meinannut saada sitä sammutettua. Kuuntelimme hälytysääntä yli 30 minuuttia. Valitettavasti en voi suositella tätä majoitusta oman kokemuksemme perusteella.

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location, with a very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent option for anyone looking to stay central, in an excellent good room with a very reasonable price. The hotel is a 4 star quality. Excellent experience for us! Recommended.
