Gut, dass wir uns für diese FeWo entschieden haben. Denn geht man aus dem Haus gibt es massig Bars, Restaurants und Cafés. Drumherum sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und vor allem die ultraschöne Markthalle. Zwischendurch kann man in die Wohnung und sich ausruhen. Morgens isst man sein Frühstück um die Ecke und bei Dunkelheit trinkt man seinen Absacker um die Ecke. Wir haben die Küche nur zum Teetrinken benutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Bad klein aber effizient, das Bett sehr bequem. Zwar ist ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, aber irgendwann gehen die Letzten auch ins Bett. Das Einchecken erledigt man in der zentralen Rezeption um die Ecke und geht ein paar Meter zu Fuß in die FeWo.

L' appartamento è carino , situato nel cuore di Valencia è attrezzato di tutto, però questo toglie spazi alle cose più importanti, camera veramente piccola circa 11/12mq , bagno piccolo senza finestra e con aspiratore aria non funzionante,non c'è il bidet e la doccia ha solo un soffione grande ma nessun doccino ( farsi la doccia senza bagnarsi i capelli impossibile…… è impossibile anche lavare adeguatamente la doccia ), pulizia accettabile, set cortesia assenti solo dei dispenser in doccia e lavabo con sapone liquido, qualità biancheria da bagno e da letto ottima, riscaldamento funzionante , doccia con molta pressione dell' acqua. tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, con piccole accortezze potrebbe essere ottimo.

Mooi gebouw met mooie binnenkomst
De slaapkamer was goed , maar de kamer die de zitkamer was enigszins kaal en dus sfeerloos
De badkamer oke maar als je twee dagen blijft we erg weinig handdoeken
Alles bij elkaar een goed onderkomen maar wij zouden het niet weer boeken.

The property was excellent. There was a very good living area and dining space to relax.
Nice balcony when the sun did shine.

Because of where we are with the pandemic (and it's 2021) necesitamos wiFi para conectar mas que nunca... MAS QUE NUNCA. La luz se fue en un momento, then it came back. Bom, these things happen, but then the WiFi connection dropped. I can connect NOW, but it's been inconsistent y esto me mata, sabes lo que te digo. It's kill-ing-me-softly. I need a secure consistent connection ---it's just where we are 'mundial'. Yes... Yes. The place is clean, only one pre-dirty towel, para mi me da igual, but the INTERNET and connecting to work debe ser fuerte.

Large and well-equipped. Well situated and quiet. Be aware that there is no staff on premise but they were responsive to messages. Air conditioning stopped working the second night and a water leak from the ceiling (directly over the pillow) could not be resolved until after we departed the next day.

Os aps são bons, a cama muito confortável e tudo limpinho. Tem tudo que você precisa, geladeira, fogão, sala com tv. O hotel fica em uma zona bem central na cidade antiga, o que é bom pois você fica perto de vários restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Mas não tão bom pelo barulho, tem um bar bem perto e fica muito barulhento a noite, as janelas cortam um pouco mas no geral é bem barulhento.

Perfect gelegen appartement voor citytrip naar Valencia. Heel aangenaam, heel proper en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Bedden gedekt en voldoende badhanddoeken. Bij aankomst krijg je voucher om te ontbijten bij Bar&Kitchen.
