The hotel seems to be going down been staying there for the last 5 or 6 years. Rooms are clean. The pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. The hot tub was disgusting. Stayed there in October and it needed to be cleaned. The water slide still not working. Next time i might stay somewhere else.

Our room wasnt ready even at 4.30 pm and were told since it is a room with jetted tub, it requires extra time. It was just a big regular tub and the jets weren’t working. When we asked the front desk that the jets of the tub arent working, they simply said - its just a tub not jacuzzi. We didnt want to argue so we just let it be. Property isn’t great. Only thing good about it is the location with decent dining options closeby

Only one bed side table and it was on the side without a power outlet. Looked like there was a space that should have had a chair for sitting and reading or relaxing rather than having to lie on the bed. No complaints just observations all in all a decent place to stay.

This place is being run into the ground. Cheap fixes and cheap fixtures. Bed was awe full, asked for the gas fireplace to be lit, desk attendant said not until the fire hazard is low and snow on the ground! Really?? I won’t recommend this place and will never stay here again.

The outside looks good, recently redone, but our room was pretty bad. Unfinished repairs, parts on the floor, unswept, dirty bedspread and someone else’s hair in the bath. They advertise a continental breakfast but don’t actually serve it, and didn’t seem to care. Avoid this place.

After a long drive, I just needed to rest at a welcoming hotel. I do not feel very welcome. I am traveling with family and they put us at opposite ends of the hall on separate floors. This was not very convenient as we wanted to stay together. When I asked why we couldn't be together and if they could put us together, there was nothing they could do. I am not at all impressed by this hotel stay.

We will not be staying here again. The bed was extremely uncomfortable so we hardly slept. The AC kept turning off and would only go to 66F so it was hot in the room. Room was dirty all over the walls and light fixtures broken and flickering. Pool was ice cold, slide didnt work, hot tub was working but burnt your eyes from the chlorine. Staff were friendly but this place needs some money put into it.

The hotel is old and tired. It's in bad need of renovation. The bed covers were dirty. The couch was stained, needs to be reupholstered (if not replaced), I didn't want to sit on it. There was a piece of gum stuck on the ceiling above the bed! There was a Jacuzzi inside the room, but because of the visible stains on the carpet, bed cover and couch I was afraid to use it! The pool and slide area was dark and dingy. The slide was out of order (and apparently has been for months). There was no breakfast, although it was advertised. The village itself was lovely, further away from the hotel.
