阿賓登（A34）優品迎飯店

After getting our key cards to the room we went into a very finger printed lift and then went into our room. The towels looked very shabby not sure if they were clean or not .After an hour or so I went to use the toilet and found it had the last occupants excrement down the toilet. I was horrified and went down to the reception and told him and I offered to clean it myself. He said someone will be coming to clean it I the next ten minutes, the lady did come up and cleaned it but it was still dirty on the outside. The staff were nice but seems run off there feet Internet was poor and for the amount we paid we were very disappointed

Bathroom was grubby, dark hair in the sink and toilet bowl was stained with previous occupants deposits. There was a dirty drinking glass behind the curtains in the bedroom.

Delighted with our room-only stay for two nights in a clean, comfortable, brightly lit room in an up-to-date hotel with an easy lift and very welcoming staff. There is a spacious and airy entrance area. The hotel is conveniently located for Abingdon, Oxford (with a direct bus route immediately outside), the Thames or even the Cotswolds. We will want to stay there again.

We have stayed at many premier inn hotels This was by far the most friendly one we have seen, Maggie was wonderful in the mornings..I took off one star because it wasn’t the cleanest we have seen.. But overall we had another lovely stay! Thank you

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always on hand to answer questions. The room was excellent and I slept very well. The air condition worked very well. There was no noise from other guests that I heard or the A34, which is very close by. The car parking was great an easy to park in.

We previously stayed at this Premier Inn in December 2023 and had enjoyed the stay. I booked this break a few months ago and recently was shocked to read the negative reviews on Trip Advisor. This made me a bit anxious about what to expect. On arrival there was a queue to check in. We didn’t use the self check in machines as we wanted to request a quietly situated room. The hotel was fully booked so we were given a room overlooking the road but it wasn’t too noisy at night. The manager helpfully gave me the direct number for the hotel so that I can request a room at the rear next time. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which was clean and well appointed. We had booked breakfast, which was excellent. Terrie, the chef regularly topped up the hot food and she warmed some pastries for me. When there was a problem with the coffee machine Sanaa from Front of House quickly sorted it. Contrary to previous reviews we would recommend this Premier Inn and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
