Food was average The rooms are needing to be updated, had to unplug the refrigerator because of the noise

Your gift card process is terrible. Cannot utilize discounts. I suspect that is so your company can profit on those opportunities. I am on a mission to make consumers aware to end your business. It only benefits your business. Waste of a middleman. The hotel was dirty in our room. I’m sending them the pics because you have no value to customers. Your value is only for yourselves.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and welcoming upon checking in. However, the next day at breakfast the woman who cleans up breakfast was very pushy and kept telling me I only had 7 minutes, 5 minutes, then 3 minutes to grab what I wanted for breakfast because it was over at 9am. While the breakfast setup was very nice and varied, the personal countdown was unnecessary and unwelcoming. I felt like she just wanted everyone to leave. She even gave another gentleman trouble for trying to get some milk for his coffee at 8:59, telling him he couldn’t have anything else because breakfast was over. She made my breakfast very unpleasant and ruined my appetite.

Mold smell was so bad I woke with a sore throat. I was told they could not move me because they were booked up but when I booked a different hotel I saw they had vacancies.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast and it was nice to see so many dogs with their owners!!

This is the 2nd Marriott I’ve stayed in over the last few months and I’m very disappointed. Absolutely filthy from the filled trash cans to dirty carpets, noisy bumpy elevators. This is the first bad review I’ve ever wrote but I had to say something. I’m not sure why on a Saturday night there’s only one young girl working? The place was packed and people were complaining about their a/c not working and she said she would call maintenance but also said maintenance wasn’t there. Not sure what’s up with Marriott I guess just very poor management.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Need better pillows. Too tired to request better ones. Breakfast was good and the Lady assisting us at breakfast very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Clean and quiet, safe, enjoyed complementary hot chocolate and breakfast.

I wasn’t able to come to Valdosta due to an illness and didn’t want to spread to others. I have stayed at this property befote and it was just fine.
