Incredible home away from home for a family weekend away. Our unit was spacious, clean, and very well stocked, including the kitchen. A couple of (very comfortable!) pull out sleeping options meant everyone had a quiet place to themselves. Location in Lions Head is a short walk to the village. We visited during off season, so there were no full service dining/bar options available on site, and not much was open in the village. It's a beautiful and quiet time of year, but required some extra prep for meals. Plan accordingly! Parking is valet only, and expensive.

The property is really nice. Only complaints were the beds were awful and the frequent changes in temperature in the room. You’d expect luxury at a Ritz but they skimped on the mattress. You could feel the springs coming through. The property itself is nice and the pool was great.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, asi como las amenidades con que cuentan las habitaciones, amplias comodas y con excelente vista. El personal es muy amable y estan siempre al pendiente del huesped, quiero agradecer en especial a Oana Zablau por todas sus atenciones. Sin duda regresaremos pronto !

For the past 7 years my family has rented 2 Residences through Vail Resorts Collection. The service at the Ritz has been excellent through all those years. Unfortunately the service provided by Vsil Resorts is abysmal. They are non responsive and simply don't care. Try to rent directly from the Ritz or another agent.

Unfortunately, our experience here was scarred by a theft that occurred while we were staying in one of the residences. As we were waiting for our room to be cleaned, we set down hats and gloves on one of the tables in the hallway. As we stepped outside to take a family picture with our family, when we came back a $450 Moncler hat was stolen. We were outside from 1:45-1:55 and there was a camera right above the table the hat was stolen from. We immediately brought the issue to management and they said they would check the cameras. After hearing nothing for four hours, we went back and asked again and the manager had forgot?? She then said that sometimes it takes security a long time to get an answer and we should have an answer in the morning. The next morning the same manager said she could do nothing about it and that we should hear from claims in the next week. Well, it's been a week and still have not heard from Ritz Carlton claims or security, and no one seems to want to respond or care? Very very very disappointed that a five star hotel would let this happen and not take any action or care about their guests. We heard from other guys that this type of thing has happened before as well there. Be aware!

An amazing place to stay in Vail. Accommodations were excellent, staff was friendly, location was perfect. Truly wonderful all around.

In my room, as long as there is a little WiFi signal in the TV room, other than that, the entire room cannot communicate with the outside world!
