瓦加蒙奇拉克斯飯店

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the staff were fantastic — friendly and helpful — the overall condition of the property was well below expectations. The building is outdated and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness was a major concern, with dirty common areas, damaged chairs, and torn bedspreads in the room. The air conditioning was very slow. Although the resort amenities listed air-conditioned rooms, not all rooms were equipped with it. I had to pay nearly double to move to a room that had air conditioning, which was frustrating. One of the few positives was the complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and well-prepared. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to all major amenities, which was helpful. However, despite these positives, the poor condition of the facilities significantly impacted my stay.

Worst Room maintenance , Blanket, Towel, Pillow cover were so dirty n not clean. No maintenance. Morning Breakfast was nice .

Not a good stay. Smelly room and insect rest rooms. Had a very bad experience on both stay and food. They didnt provide good breakfast.

Had a pleasant stay near to town.only drawbacks i noticed, there is no lift facility available. have to take steps to the top floor and no inhouse restaurant available. But access to pleanty of near by restaurants in walkable distance. Room was neat.

The rooms were not clean. The bed had blood stains and had bed bugs. In the quadruple room, one bed was small( not even queen size) and 2 people couldn’t sleep. The pictures posted are only deceiving, inside the room is simply like a local lodge room.

Staff were really friendly, they even arranged extra rooms at a more convenient floor for us. I was also travelling with the elderly, they suited us with better options and rooms at a lower level for ease of access.
