Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

The hotel is filled with adventure the front office person gives me a form and ask me to fill up all details even after giving a form . He gives me a room 609 were the room service menu is kept but there is no telephone in the room were i can order . This is my third visit but when it was prifde it was different really feel sad about the same .

The food was good. Especially some items were excellent. We appreciate the chef for his dishes like the kofta, the dish in orange compote which were very balanced in taste and specific in flavours. The hospitality was excellent. Services were very good. And here we would like to mention mr. Jeet, mr. Arijit ans specially mr. Manish patwal who took personal care of us to understand our likings and serve us accordingly. All the best to your team and we look forward to visit you again.

Everything was fantastic! From service to the food! The staff was very gentle and polite. They served food on time thus we didn’t have to wait for a long time. The ambiance was quiet and aesthetic. We had a really good experience & would surely visit again.

Good. Bed linen were relatively clean. Breakfast was filling. But there are rats in the hotel ventilation which were active in the night making noises.

The tour company organized seamless transportation between attractions, ensuring we maximized our time and experienced all that Jaipur has to offer. From airport transfers to sightseeing excursions, every detail was well-planned and executed, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. The tour guide for our Jaipur tour was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the history, culture, and significance of each attraction we visited. Their passion for the city and its heritage really enhanced our experience. They were also attentive to our needs, accommodating any requests we had and ensuring that we had a memorable and enjoyable time. Overall, the tour guide played a significant role in making our Jaipur tour an unforgettable experience.

The food and the service provided by the hotel were awesome.The staffs were too friendly and co operative.We stayed for 2 days with our friends.The interior of the hotel was too good and attractive.As we entered the hotel the staff welcomed with welcome drinks.Then they took to our respective rooms . The room were well furnished equipped with all electronics goods and better quality internet services.They provided with us all their standard meals. We were specifically recommended by our friend Raju Yadav and Mukesh. Thank you and please do visit with Ur friends and family for the heavenly experience.

訪訪客用戶Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

1.位置對我來說不太滿意。從Patan Junction火車站步行30分鐘,步行約1小時到Rani Ki Vav。如果你自己開車旅行,這將是Ok。當地的人力車司機很貪婪,如果你是外國人,你會收取雙倍的費用。
