The location of the hotel is at a prime place. The staff are very caring and helpful. The food was tasty. Room service was excellent. The room is tidy and clean. The bedsheets and towels are fresh and clean. A big thanks to all the staff members for making our stay comfortable. I shall look forward to visiting there soon.

Rooms were to small, breakfast and food was good. Rooms service are good. They don't provide facility for luggage.

I had booked the hotel seeing the photos and ratings. It is shockingly contrast. Hotel rooms are very small. Maintenance is very poor. No fresh air and only freshener to cover the smoking smell. I am not sure how old the ratings are but in present day the hotel is worth a rating of 1 out of 5. This hotel cannot be recommended for a comfortable stay.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing regarding my stay in Hotel 7 Apple Vadodara(Address -Old Chhani Rd, Next to D-Mart, Sardar Nagar, Sayajiganj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390002, which was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information of accommodation description provided. Between 16 March 2024 and 17 March 2024 I stayed in your hotel in room 412 on the 4th floor. I have booked the "PREMIUM QUEEN ROOM" one day before my stay, as you may see in the enclosed BOOKING VOUCHER. it was stated that superior room has the size of 40 sq. meters and balcony. However when I have arrived I was accommodated in much smaller room, no Mini Fridge, No Dental Kit, No Kettle. I have informed receptionist, about this, however he/she hasn’t provided me a new room, since the hotel was fully booked and he was not in the position to find an alternative room like the one I booked. Moreover, at the end of my stay I was pre -booked the full amount for the cost of stay in premium Queen Room.
