I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for one night on January 25th check in through Goibibo and was fully paid up and confirmed. On January 22nd night I get a call that for some unknown reason they had cancelled my booking. I found it quite unprofessional and unethical on the part of the resort and was desperate to find a nearby resort for the same date at the last minute. Thanks to Goibibo staff they accommodated to another hotel after going through the ordeal of finding one that suited me. Quite disappointed with the resort management and their lack luster towards their guests.
