Poor hygiene and no proper sanitation in the hotel

Room are not good. Very uncomfortable and neatness also bad. Hot water also not came pillows and blankets are also bad.

Stay was strictly ok. Not at all worth 2500 per room. Large dead cockroaches could be seen in the corridor. Hot water only available from 7 am to 11 am
no tea available before 730 am. Manager was very rude bad quality food in restaurant. Only good point was a good ac in the rooms.

Room was unclean, no toilet paper. Disc said the bed was large enough for 3. But there were 2 single beds. Hardly any place for 3rd extra bed. Restaurant service was very poor and slow

Rooms are not kept clean. Dirty bed linen/pillows. They don't change after a guest leaves. Leaking bathroom taps. No room service. None at the reception. Not worth listing in make my trip.

Found this property on makemytrip, the property is good but seems to be over priced. No basic amenities like hand wash, electric kettle and hot water also not continuous there is timing. For housekeeping also they have timings.

Located on the national highway, it's a modest no frills hotel with basic facilities. There is an attached veg and non veg restaurant with bar. There is ample parking space.

Location very good on the karwar mangalore highway easily visible. Ample parking for vehicles with closed gate system. Tidy clean rooms. Very good restaurant.
