底特律斯特靈海茨Tru希爾頓飯店(Tru by Hilton Sterling Heights Detroit)

The doors to the room do not block sound. People were in conversation at what was probably a reasonable volume but could still hear them while trying to get early sleep ahead of a tournament. Fortunately after 10pm it was quiet enough.

The hotel is convenient to my son’s house, the last two times we stayed there it was very loud and noisy and we were next to a utility area I think they were cleaning at night. So no rest at all.

We loved almost everything about this clean and affordable stay besides the quality of the blanket/comforter and some plug outlets not working.

A very basic hotel. Didn’t have anywhere to put your clothes. The room had no space to hang out and one small chair in the room.

Generally this place is fine. Top areas for improvement: the pool was cloudy (yuk). They could have more variety for the egg and breakfast meat choices from day to day (why no bacon? why only bell pepper frittatas?) or even on the same day. The staff could be more attentive and friendly. I had paid via ******* but they charged me again during my stay. I had to call Hilton to clear that up which they did very promptly once I talked to a manager. I think the front desk person "clicked on the wrong box" (per the Hilton manager), so they might need more training.

Tru by Hilton in Sterling Heights is exceptionally clean, offers a great price point, includes a complimentary breakfast, and boasts a staff that is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My stay was enjoyable overall.

Clean, wish there was more furniture options like a second chair and lamp.

Very convenient, one think I don’t like about this hotel that they don’t have any closets for clothes, and breakfast is so so.
