I agree with the review given on our last day at 3am. The experience was not well received. The kids hockey families were there creating havoc with kids unsupervised running and playing in the hall with nets and hockey sticks. The gym room was full of unsupervised kids. Parents in the bar with beer buckets with their own agenda while kids again on the pool table with hockey sticks. View your video footage from the the time we were there. Security was lacking staff was minimal and overwhelmed with the chaos going on. In their defense, they were great with what they had to deal with. Would not recommend staying again for us or anyone. Obviously management was in it for the money 💰.

Room could have been a little cleaner. A couple papers on floor and hair on floor in bathroom other then that pretty clean

Helpful staff, clean room, great rate. Was exactly what I needed for an overnight stay during a business trip. The free breakfast was a nice added bonus.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I requested a pet room, so I was on the first floor. The room was surprisingly clean and fresh smelling with no signs of prior furry friends. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to several unusual requests, including finding practice space for our quartet. The breakfast area was clean and the food better than average. Coffee was plentiful. And the price was right!

The staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel was nice and clean. It was a very cold weekend and we did not have to worry about heat. The room was very nice and toasty. The breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed karaoke night.

We had a nice stay. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in great shape. The staff workers that we interacted with were warm and helpful. My only complaint is that when we checked in and when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. At check-in, we had to wait a bit, and there was no way to call for someone to come.

The staff was wonderful, the room was fine, and the coffee was delicious. The only drawback was poor internet service which is tough when part of your job is remote work.
