比弗戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Beaver)

The breakfast was just Clif bars and hot chocolate or coffee and unchilled fruit. Not much to claim as "breakfast included." The cheap heater/air conditioner was noisy all night. Being right across the street from a truck stop didn't help the noise factor. However, the front desk help has always been wonderful and kind. Too bad the motel itself doesn't live up to the kindness of the front desk.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience here. I had requested that the rooms we have reserved be joining rooms. They were not. I had called a few times to verify that they were joined, additionally when I checked in I verified that we had joined rooms. They were not joined. They were next to each other, but getting to one room to another was frustrating. There are five in our family, including three children. Having rooms that are joined together is a necessity. Your failure to keep the reservation as it was promised to us cost our family a good amount of sleep and gave us unneeded anxiety. We will not be returning to this hotel.

When I booked the rooms, I held the reservation with my debit card intending to pay cash at checkin. When we checked in, my mom put the rooms on her credit card. Both cards were charged, when I called to dispute the over charge, I was informed that there was a $50 incidentals charge because of urine on the bathroom floor. I have an autistic son who does miss a little and I am aware of that, which I was I would go with him to the bathroom to help him aim. Still $50 is a bit excessive for having to mop the bathroom floor which DESPERATELY needed it. There were bugs in the tub, and my free breakfast muffin had mold on it. The staff seemed annoyed if you asked for anything. Definitely needs some customer service training.

When my handicap wife asked for early check in, hotel asked to pay early check in fee while I feel that they should not charge 24 hrs fee for only serviced 17 hrs. When ask for flexibility, desk replied, our first goal is making money, gee

I’m surprised Wyndym puts their name on this property. The facilities are dingy and old and the location is poor unless you are a trucker looking for a place to sleep right next to where you parked your truck. On the upside, the young man who works the front desk was very capable and friendly.

We were on the second floor the floors were spongy and squeaked the fan in the bathroom had no switch it ran all night the chair was dirty in the corner to sit in my wife remade the bed and there was pet hairs all over the mattress and I have allergies so please take this dive off your list

Newer microwave, newer vanity. No elevator, ice machine broken, fan in bathroom doesn’t shut off hooked up to fan in the hallway front desk clerk told me. Had to go get ice at dennys next door. No breakfast room just grab and go breakfast at front desk area. Lamp shades disgusting, older furniture banged up. Expensive for a run down hotel.

Very small reception area, receptionist who looked like he didn't want to be there, terrible breakfast selection of items, dated all around and especially the room, no in-room coffee maker, a very small television screen with only an analog feed and reception on around 9 channels. Nothing to like here.

Charges me for a random stained towel that I can't even know if my family would've stained vs them just random charging after the fact. No pic, no email, no call, just a charge on my bill I happened to catch. If I have to pay for the towel, it should be in my possession. Breakfast not worth the extra cost of staying there vs somewhere without the breakfast.
