帕克城華爾道夫飯店(Waldorf Astoria Park City)

My recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City left much to be desired, despite the luxurious reputation of the brand. I had high hopes for a comfortable and restful night, especially considering the hefty price tag and the promises that came with booking through my AmEx. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a standard room, but after inquiring about the promised upgrade, I was moved to a supposedly better room. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I entered the room only to be greeted by a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Understandably, I requested another room, which seemed like an inconvenience to the staff. Unfortunately, my troubles didn't end there. The alternate room I was given happened to be adjacent to the hotel entry road. My hopes for a good night's sleep were dashed when a semi parked outside at 3:00 am, abruptly awakening me with its blaring horns (or air brakes) and unloading activities. Despite my attempts to return to sleep, I found it impossible as my rest was further disrupted by subsequent disturbances from the truck. Upon check-out, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk staff, who appeared sympathetic and promised to address the issue with the manager. Despite assurances of a follow-up, I left without resolution, as the staff was not available when I returned from retrieving my suitcase. Dishearteningly, my attempts to seek redress after the fact were met with silence. Despite a phone conversation with the hotel manager, who pledged to investigate the matter and promised to call me back, I have yet to receive any follow-up, even after three weeks. In summary, my experience at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City was marred by sleep deprivation in what was supposed to be a five-star accommodation. However, what was even more disconcerting was the lack of concern shown by the staff and the utter failure to follow up on their promises. Such lapses in service are unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber and have left me deeply disappointed.

We visited this place after a stay at a sister property, the Conrad Dublin last October. This place is nice and modern but for their price point (over $1600.00 a night), the property should be spotless and every need attended to. The valets were slow to come out open our arrival and no one assisted us with our luggage. The property is nice but not for this price point during high season, as there are many areas that needed attention and these should not be pointed out in a review. The jacuzzi area we visited for 2 nights was in desperate need of attention around the grout lines and edges. There were large chips and large voided grout areas and I would expect this at less expensive hotels but not this property. This was found at one of the jacuzzis we visited and I did not check out the pool or the second jacuzzi. The room was nice but extremely small and again, the tub area (tile and grout) needed some much needed TLC and the shower head water flow was far below standard. Nearly all of the staff were always helpful and friendly and the valet service was a nice addition (except doing our arrival). We did not eat at the restaurant because of the reviews, so I wasn't't going to chance it but the nightly s'mores was nice. This location could be a 5-Star destination but its not.

This was probably one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. Not just for the property itself, but the staff. Amazing from opening the car door. Extremely helping and polite and took ever opportunity to ensure my wife and I had a amazing stay. At check in, greeted by Nicolas. He upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite, which was outstanding by the way. Took every opportunity to make us feel welcome. Room service was great with the special touches that George gave us by presenting the meal in an elegant way. He also sent up a special gift, which was appreciated and enjoyed. The powder bar staff was very pleasant, can't remember the gentleman's name behind the bar, but was very kind. Hailey also met us at the fireplace as we waiting for our food to take up to the room with a couple of drinks on the house. We took a few restaurant excursions with the help of Angel who helped us navigate the buses and trolley with perfection. All food was delicious. I can't say enough about the staff. Thank you for a great time for our special occasion. It was the first time in Park City and hopefully will not be the last. Again, thank you.

Let me start with the hotel staff, who should be trainers for other individuals in the hotel/hospitality business. I can not say enough good things about the staff of this facility, and I mean that! From the moment I pulled up until the day I checked out, it was a 10/10 service. Every single staff member was hitting all the touchpoints of impeccable service! The bartender was a skilled mixologist and kept a very relaxed atmosphere! The restaurant staff were excellent! I only dined at the property for breakfast; the menu has something for everyone. I enjoyed the breakfast smoothies. The room was amazing! I graciously thank you for the Diamond member upgrade! I also appreciate the effort to recognize a Veteran. The atmosphere of this hotel was very warm and inviting. I plan on booking with your property over the New Year's week. Thanks again for a great experience!

Great stay, with great service and stylish accommodations. The staff were incredibly helpful and the ski valet team was awesome. Would definitely stay again. The on site restaurant was great and the onsen/pool facilities were clean and very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend.

SKI IN SKI OUT IN TRUE LUXURY!! This is easily the best Utah has to offer. The staff is sublime from valet to housekeeping and all in between, professional and helpful and warm and welcoming. My family and I couldnt ask for more from a hotel, but if we did we have no doubt the staff at the Waldorf would make it happen for us!

Over the top amazing service. Every person I have interacted with, from reception to a random staff member you run into in the hallway, has been so warm and accommodating. With the noticeable effort the staff and their management put forth to take care of their guests, the least I could do is write them a review (I rarely write reviews). The service here is a noticeable step above the typical 5-star or even Waldorf experience.

Just wanted to say that my stay at the Waldorf Astoria was OUTSTANDING! It was a quick overnight trip, but everything was perfect. The staff was courteous and professional and the one bedroom suite I was in was magnificent. Special thanks to the hotel for the upgrade through my Diamond status. Having been to Park City for hundreds of nights over the years at many properties, the Waldorf is really my favorite, even though it is not at the base of the Canyons and requires the extra lift up. Great job, Waldorf Team!

Everything was great with the exception of pool area. We waited 45 min for anyone to assist us in getting a drink. They were busy and obviously short staffed. I ended up just getting my own water. Joe, the shuttle driver was the best part of experience. He was friendly, informative and obviously knew PC very well. The room was adequate. I expected a bath tub and balcony. Guess bathtubs aren’t necessary anymore. Bathroom was much smaller than other hotels for similar costs, but clean. The staff we did run in to (custodial) were very friendly and accommodating.
