There’s not much hotel to choose from in Urdaneta. This is the cheaper one from the other option. The staff were friendly. The place isn’t just comfortable to stay in. Overnight stay is tolerable.

There are a lot of bedbugs and the water pressure is very weak.

Everything is outdated, no elevator and all. Not recommended.

Room was dirty when I checked in, but was quickly rectified upon notice to front desk. Room was kept cleaned for the balance of my stay. Staff was generally friendly and helpful Breakfast served to the room each morning was a nice bonus for the price paid. Only negative I had was location next to busy highway. Noise was bothersome for sleep.

Receptionist not accommodating..

very accessible; just right after the TPLEX Exit. Suggest informing clearly that there are no toiletries and the customers should be ready to provide their own to avoid surprises. OR just add the cost of toiletries in the cost of room accommodation

Booked a “suite” but it was just a room with two beds. Room was dirty, bathroom had cobwebs and mosquitos. No glasses or coffee cups, only thin plastic glasses in the lobby for all guests to take. Parking was just roadside. Would not come back if it was free of charge. Not recommended.
