We are repeat customers. This serves our needs. The lobby didnt smell good when i arrived but i didnt noti e when leaving. Room was clean. Not much water pressure.

The desk service was terrible. After 10 waiting, ringing their bell, i walked out. If I hadn't encountered a maid, I would not have had any assistance with my problem. She came through with flying colors.

Linens were a little dirty, lots of noise from other stayers. Very nice staff and seems to be an up and coming place with the renovations.

Had to leave a day early because of an emergency in the family.. could not get money back when going thru *******... lady at desk told me next time to just call the hotel next time because they wouldnt had charged me... The stafff was very nice.

It was a decent hotel at a fair price. One Security door from the outside access didn’t work all the time. But the owner fixed it. Otherwise a good place to stay for our needs.

Stayed in the king suite, loved the renovations. They did a great job on the bathroom, porcelain marble walls were great.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Waffle maker would have had better than frozen or Belgium waffles but was good lots of options
