Everything was so amazing and exactly the same as described and showed in the photos in the ad. We were so impressed with the natural beauty of the surrounding areas and enjoyed every moment of the peace and tranquility. We wished we could stay longer and hope we could come back in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from busy city life!

This is the second time we have booked a cottage here and there will definitely be a third time. It is the best place to unwind, quiet and peaceful. Dianne and Paul are the perfect hosts, always available if you need anything. I think my photo from the verandah says it all...

I hesitate in writing this review as once more people know how great this place is it will be booked year round and we won't get a chance to come back... We recently spent a weekend there for our anniversary and there was only one choice of cabins - the Asian - and while we came with no expectations, we were delighted in what we found... a gorgeous bespoke cabin with everything we wanted for the weekend. An open fire, a spa bath, a view, and a cosy feel. This place oozes charm and all things cozy. The bed was very comfortable and had electric blankets as well as a warm comforter for the cooler nights - which we had. There is a fold out couch/bed in the living room and a TV and DVD player which we did not use. The kitchen is adequate and had everything we needed. If you are a foodie (which I am) but need ALL the things, then bring your own knives and gadgets that you can't live without. Dianne (the owner) offers an extras menu with food and other inclusions to make your stay even more magical - we opted for her homemade soup and pizza bread which was incredible... I would have loved to try her cake of the day - next time. In short, you can opt to have your stay catered. Town is 15 - 20 minutes away so you can duck away and grab anything you might forget but you won't want to. The retreat itself begins at the bottom of the hill with their small vineyard and a grass tennis court and travels up a gorgeous tree lined driveway flanked with grazing cattle. There is a common area with a beautiful pool and cooking area for all guests to enjoy. The trees here are spectacular as is the bird life. Just in front of our cabin were two nests - pigeon and butcher bird. There are numerous options for sitting under the trees and relaxing around the property and if you are looking for some exercise to burn off the treats you can walk up the road or up and down the driveway like I did ;) This place is fabulous and the owners friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it but shhhhhhhhh... lol

In brief, nothing works! (April 2023) Wifi was not working, Oven was not working, Toilet seat broken, door handles broken, outdoor furniture covered in bird sh*. And the owners were so not responsive. They advertised that they provide pizza with 4 hour notice, we gave them 7 hours, and they refused to help us.

The house and surroundings are incredible. No better way to recharge your batteries than to sit on the balcony and sip on your favourite bevy , and read a good book. Cosy little place cant wait to go back

Nice little cottages. Lovely location would return in the future. Great location close to coffs harbour only 20 minutes away. Great view out of the paddocks. All facilties were well presented. Lucky enough to miss all the rain that the area had in the last week.
