Front desk is exceptional. I was particularly impressed with how they remembered me/my name. They are very accommodating and provided great customer service. They are the face and exemplify the Hyatt reputation. I am truly impressed and express management give them feedback to demonstrate their hard work is noticed and appreciated!

When I went to check-in, I said hello I’m here to check-in , here goes the woman, didn’t even greet me and throw something to her colleague and said “CHECK HER IN” and proceeds to do whatever she was doing which was very RUDE! I will not stay again

We stayed here for a one night family trip to Allentown, PA. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was really good. My kids had a great time in the indoor pool. The only complaint I have was the water pressure in the shower was very low. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and great size. Only bummer was there were so many kids at the pool we never made it in after a few attempts. Otherwise great stay and nice dining

Great value for a really nice property. Clean new rooms, great gym and pool, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Stuff super friendly .receptionist very kind and my breakfast delicious, and the girls helping with the dishes with the big smile thanks i really enjoyed my spring break.

Spacious rooms and safe area with close dining out options as well as hotel grill!

Stay waa great only issue was i booked a 2 queen bed with sofa sleeper because we had 5 people and upon check in they had switched my room to a king with sleeper sofa without being told or asked. At first was told they didnt have anything and i said well thats not gonna work for me i booked the specific room due to the amount of people and they gave us the room we booked. Overall everything waa excellent.
