高爾夫者旅館(The Golfers Inn)

This is a recent rehab of what obviously was a dive property. The lobby isn’t bad. The room got a quick face lift with not much attention to finish work like the bathroom with sloppy paint trim. The toilet made loud bubbling sounds in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom floor. The street sounds from the front of hotel room were loud and the door at the top of the stairs louder. Does that door need to be loud? Checking out and pointing out the toilet flood the desk guy said “ someone gave you room 215?, that room has issues”. No credit offered when asked. He pointed to cases of water and soda messy on the floor and asked, “want one”? Skip this place it’s cheap for a reason.

The check in was quick easy efficient. The staff was friendly. The room itself was orderly And sufficient. However the floors were sticky and tacky. The carpets felt they had a thick layer of film. I ended up leaving my slippers on. Corners or room were dirty ans tub was stained.

The concept is great. Really looked forward to staying there. The condition of the halls and common areas was a little run down. Service was good and check-in check out was great. Great spot, just a little in need of some TLC

This property was a delightful surprise. We needed somewhere to stay for an early flight and drove by it on the way. Clean and very well lit bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Very reasonable, hospitable staff at the front desk and helpful when we were looking for food options. It has a great outdoor space we would have used if we stayed longer. Free parking is hard to find in Philly so that was a welcome surprise as well. Very close to St. Joesph University and a easy 20 minute drive to the airport. We will stay again when my child returns from being abroad for the night.

Nice people, easy check in and check out. The blackout drapes were more like yellow out drapes, so that could’ve been better. Otherwise, very good.

The Hotel was well kept, location was in a good safe area. Hotel staff were polite and accommodative. Definitely will stay there again.

We chose this property because it was in close proximity for an early medical appointment the following day. The only staff member (related to the owner) we met was very courteous & helpful. There is no restaurant of pool if that’s a requirement. That said, the property was very clean & comfortable for 1 nite. My only complaint is when I visited the ********* site that evening, the member price (which I am), dropped from $130 to $116/nite.

Not clean, debris in the hallway, on the stairs to the second floor, chips in the bathtub. But cheap and affordable.

It was super affordable so you’ll get what you pay for. As far as cleanliness the hotel was clean, it was about a 10min walk to a nearby shopping plaza and gas stations. The staff was attentive and friendly and quick to resolve any issues. When I checked in my TV didn’t work but they offered me a new room the next day with no issues.
