In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Villingen" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m, bathing lake 7 km.
