「Hotel was clean and was easy to access the facility and pur room. The breakfast was very limited, only cold egg patties and sausage that had to be microwaved. Small yogurt, cereal, and drinks. The bowl of bananas were all black. Basic hotel and that's what we paid for. Not bad, but simple .」

Our newly renovated, and themed bedrooms are perfect for your next getaway. Less than a minute from our community center park and a bit further down the street is our elementary school. Relax with the whole family at this cozy 2 bedroom home. Everything you need for a peaceful getaway is provided. Kid friendly with a fenced back yard and quiet neighbors. Small breed dogs allowed - please check with us for larger breeds before booking. Sleeping accommodations include: Queen bed, Twin/Full bunk bed, Rollaway bed, a couch, a queen size air mattress, and a futon.

Sight seeing can be done at Jubilee lake (33 miles from the house) between July and November every year. The lake is beautiful with a wrap around walking path to enjoy the scenery.
We have a fishing hole named Roulet Pond that is stocked every so often. It’s quiet and only a 4 mile drive from the house!
Boating, fishing, hiking, and more can be done at Wallowa Lake (39 miles from the house). Take a packed lunch and enjoy the outdoors at one of their many picnic tables.

Guests that need accessibility: You have a wide driveway where you drive right up to the home wide enough for two cars, with gravel level to the concrete patio on the south side of the home and deck on west side of home. All doors exterior and interior are 30" or larger. Interior doors are a barn door style easy to slide open and close. The shower is not very accessible as it is more narrow and has a glass opening with no support arms but does have spray handle in addition to waterfall above. We are looking to add ramps to exterior doors to make it easier for wheelchair entrance to home in (April 2024) and are considering support arms to shower.

NOTE: During winter months you may need 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to navigate snow on the driveway to the home. There is an excellent gravel road and base to the home and around the home, but snow can easily get upwards of 3-10" overnight with various storms. Contact us if you need assistance.

Policies below apply to various leases that take place on this property based upon usage by tenants including rental of home(s), hunting, special events, and large group events hosted on the property booked through AirBnB.
Owner owns approximately 120 acres in Union County, Oregon, herein referred to as the “Property,” commonly known as 57736 Hwy 203, Union, Oregon, Map No. 05S40, Tax Lot 300, an aerial map of which is included as Exhibit A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Licensee desires to lease the Property from Owner, and Owner desires to lease the Property to Licensee, for the limited purpose of hunting and other related purposes described herein.
Scope of Rental. Renter has use of home, deck, fireplace, hot tub, and laundry services located on the property, and hiking on the property. Renter does NOT have permission or access to the shed or shop building, or Owner tools or equipment. The property is surrounded by 100% private lands. Renter acknowledges that trespass laws are in effect if they go outside the bounds of the property being leased.
No Tenancy. Regardless of the duration of the term of this Agreement, Renter shall not claim any tenancy right and shall not have any right to transfer, assign, and sublet or grant any license or sub-license in respect of the Property or any part thereof.
As-Is. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement the Property is rented in its current “AS IS” condition without any obligation of Owner to make improvements or perform repairs. Renter accepts the Property in such condition and waives all rights and claims against Owner from any cause directly or indirectly arising out of the condition of the Property.
Responsible Renter. Renter shall be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. All other guests or invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) are required to be family members, other responsible adults over 21, or persons 21 or under accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The number of occupants shall be no more than (#) individuals, regardless of age. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for Renter’s actions and omissions, and the actions and omissions of all other Occupants present at the Property at any time during the entire duration of the rental, and shall ensure all Occupants understand and comply with the terms of this Agreement. Renter acknowledges it is solely responsible and liable for the safety and security of itself and each other Occupant during the entire duration of the rental.
Keys. Owner shall provide Renter with one key. If Renter loses the key, Renter is required to pay a fee for replace replacement locks, to be charged as rent and taken out of the security deposit.
Good Neighbor Policy. Quiet Hours. Renter is required to treat the Property with the same care as one would use with its own residence, and in any case with no less than reasonable care, and to leave it in the same condition it was in upon arrival. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or Renter’s personal property, Renter is required to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property and upon check-out. Renter and all other Occupants agree to conduct themselves throughout the entire duration of the rental in a manner respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community, that is not in violation of any local, state or federal laws, and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Smoking. No smoking is permitted at the Property (including on porches, decks or outdoor areas). “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form.
Pets. No pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized when Renter’s reservation was made, or (2) bona fide service animals.
If a pet is permitted on the Property as confirmed in writing through. A non-refundable pet fee of is charged per pet, per stay will be charged. If the pet is a service animal Renter is required to provide documentation of registration as a service animal or waives all rights to claim as such and agrees to pay fee.
Renter is required to keep dogs off of the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds), prevent dogs from damaging any property, and pick-up and properly dispose of the dogs’ excrement. Any damages caused by an approved pet or excrement not picked up may result in fees charged as rent and taken out of the security deposit, at the sole discretion of the Owner. Renter agrees to a minimum excrement removal fee if any excrement is found on the property because of Renter using the property with a pet.
Use of Premises. Renter shall use the Property for residential purposes only.
