The hotel is brand new and looks and smells like it. While the staff were super friendly, the hot water did not work in my shower. I was told "well since we are new, it does not work in certain rooms" The breakfast was ordinary, I have had better in other Fairfield properties. The room was comfortable, no alarm clock but otherwise okay. The towel rack was not installed properly and neither was the furniture put together too well. Overall, decent stay but need some kinks worked out.

I don't often write reviews, but had to share: I've been taking my high school students on trips for many years, and this was the best experience I've had overall with a hotel. The site seems pretty new (my room was spotless) and everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good with an egg and meat option offered, bagels, a waffle maker, yogurt, little muffins, juice, coffee... my students were satisfied with the selection. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Surrounding area was quiet. Nice to have a Wawa a 10-second walk away as well. Rates were very fair considering the high quality of hotel this was. The manager I worked with, Josh, was unbelievably helpful, kind, and patient. He made the process smooth and easy, helping us have a wonderful stay. Everything was ready when we arrived late at night, with a clearly marked batch of key cards waiting for us. If anyone is reading this that's in charge of giving out raises, you should definitely give him one. My students and I were extremely satisfied with this hotel and will be sure to return on our next trip to New York City (which was only a 30- to 40-minute drive away).

We stayed here last night to fly out of Newark. New hotel. Clean. Quiet. Easy parking. 8 min from airport. Gas station in front of it so you can fill rental car up there if you have one and parking is free. Beds were comfy. No complaints. A solid choice for a quiet nice sleep prior to flying out of EWR. Just be aware they may not honor your reservation. We asked for 1 king and they gave us 2 queen. It was fine, but I heard the person in front of us ask for 1 king on ground floor because he insisted on king.

New hotel. Comfortable beds. Roomy. Next to a wawa. tried the walkable Mexican restaurant - octopus was good. Other restaurants is drive unless you consider walking at least 20 mins one-way okay. However, we did ask and paid for a 3rd person for our booking but in the end… after requests and more waiting… we did our own third bed - the pull out bed still had those new plastic cover on. For a new hotel I’m somewhat surprised there’s no heating installed in bathroom - not an issue in Spring though. Just saying. Standard Breakfast as what Fairfield brand offers. It’s not the fault of the hotel but rather the jersey roads- you are coming by bus, there isn’t a stop on the same side as the hotel.
