Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your porch. While still having the feel of a camp, enjoy the conveniences of a modern home. Just a 2-minute drive to backcountry skiing, hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain. This property shares a driveway with a separate garage apartment. We didn't realize there was a nice rocky creek running right in front of this property, which was both beautiful to see, but also so nice to listen to at night. Really lovely location with a nice hike up the road.

Excellent Place This was a great house! A perfect setting, clean, and a great size for families! Great communication with the hosts! 10/10 we will be looking to stay here again! Our aunt and uncle own snowflake chocolates so we frequent the area!!

Vermont Hiking Welcoming and spacious home, clean and well-stocked. Perfectly located in a rural, quiet and peaceful setting, close to multiple trail heads and not too distant dining options.

Peaceful Retreat The house was just lovely and looked even better than the pictures! Everything was stocked and nicely taken care of. Looking out the windows to the stream and hearing the sounds was very relaxing. My family enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

Graduation We enjoyed sitting out at night on the screened in porch while it rained outside. Then fell asleep at night with the sound of a babbling brook on two sides of the property! We even got a double rainbow directly over Mt. Mansfield. Great place to be away from it all.
